For the record, mostly so I don’t forget… my allergy report came back as Evan said before, and I am allergic to:
All Dairy… Casein, Cheese, Milk, Whey, Yogurt, etc.
Eggs (whites and yolks)
Honey
Sugar (low reaction)
Coffee – low reaction (that’s okay – I don’t drink it much)
Blueberries (dang it! I LOVE Blueberries!)
Soy – low reaction
Sesame (bummer, I love tahini)
Almonds – low reaction
Zucchini – (that’s okay – I don’t like it much anyway)
Pretty wacky. The dairy I could feel. Everything else was a surprise (blueberries!?). So, I am already starting to not eat dairy and eggs. We will see how that goes.

Hi Rona,
A substitute for sugar and honey is a product called Stevia (clear liquid).
I try to remember to bring some over. If you want to noticeably sweeten a liquid, just add 2-3 drops! I use it in (herbal) tea.
