		<description>I have multiple food (and other) allergies.  There are some excellent vegan (no egg, no dairy) and wheat-free foods out there!  There are cakes, cookies....   I look for foods marked pareve or parve...  they are cow-free.  Some &quot;vegetarian&quot; cheeses use rennet or casein -- both cow products, in case you have to avoid those like I do.  And there are some excellent vegan recipes at vegan yum-yum...  Of course, my family eats a lot of chicken and fish (two things I am NOT allergic to).   Email me if you want to vent.
