Two days ago we were giving Keegan some naked tummy time in the living room. He decided to roll over onto his side. Then he figured he might as well go all the way onto his back. Not bad for two and a half weeks old…
Today was Rona’s three-week post-partum visit, so we packed everyone up in the car and headed off to Seattle Natural Family Medicine (SNFM, or “Snaffum,” as it’s affectionately called at our house). Rona’s doing great, and Dr. Tracy got her baby-holding fix.

Yesterday we took our Discoverers preschoolers on a field trip to the Kenmore fire station. Keegan is now one week old. I can’t believe it! He is a master eater and sleeper and pooper. He doesn’t like his diapers to be changed. He doesn’t like poop either (makes for a challenging diaper change). We are still getting used to the fact that baby boys pee in arcs across the room [...]
We’ve had several visitors since Keegan’s birth. The most helpful (no offense to the others, who have also been great) have been Grandma Evelyn and Grandpa Earl, who arrived on Monday and stayed until this morning.
