No baby yet… however, we decided to go to Central Market for some dinner and quick shopping. Zoey was feeling like she didn’t want to eat anything all day long and she was starting to get grumpy. So, off we went. And not one minute after we put her in the cart and started past the baked goods, Zoey threw up all over her purple princess dress. Poor lil’ punkin’. No wonder she didn’t feel like eating much. We had to ask for “clean up in Aisle, ummm, Bakery.” So, I took her into the bathroom and tried to clean her up a bit, but it was pretty messy and wet.
When she was cleaned up a bit, we went to Sears (next door) to buy another dress. We didn’t have any other clothes in the car. Zoey was feeling much better and liked the idea of buying a new dress. Into Sears we walked and lo and behold, there is a Land’s End section there! So, we went to the kids’ area and picked out a pretty flowery dress, size 4T. It has to last a while if we are paying full price ($20!).
We changed her into the new dress in the fitting room and she was good as new. We walked back to Central Market and had sandwiches and salad bar. It was a good time.
How am I doing? I am trying to keep it low key today because Dr. Tracy told me not to go into labor until after the ultrasound. So, I slept a bunch today and tried to relax. Contractions are few and far between. Stay tuned.
