Way back when, before Zoey was born, we started up a little baby pool to see who could pick Zoey’s birthday. It was free to enter, and the winner (Alicyn) snagged a bunch of homemade cookies and other treats.
It’s time to start a new pool, similar rules, similar prize. What are those rules? Let’s see…
- The pool is free to enter, and is definitely not online gambling, which is a class-c felony in Washington State. And, um, bad or something.
- Pick a date that hasn’t been picked yet.
- You can pick a date and time, but you don’t win anything extra if you’re right, so this is a bit silly.
- If someone is silly or psychically confident enough to pick a date and time, then someone else can pick the same date before the specified time, and a different someone can pick the same date after the specified time. You must choose between before and after, and can’t pick both. How’s that for arbitrary?
- If you can’t eat homemade sweets we can substitute some sugar-free Girl Scout Little Brownies and maybe something else sugar-free.
- Our midwives are ineligible, but we might just give them cookies anyway.
- That’s enough rules.
To register your guess, just leave a comment. We’ll compile them all and post updates. As a baseline, our Midwives’ guess, I mean our Official Due Date, is May 2nd. You can pick that date if you like, since they are ineligible. I’ll go ahead and put in a guess, too.

Please notice how close to Zoey he looks in the 3D images with all the pudgyness and all… Zoey was born about 5 weeks after her 3D ultrasound was done. Just so you know.

Yes! The Chocolate Decadence Cookies will be included in the goodies basket. Yummy! Along with so far… peanut butter fudge, milk chocolate fudge, dark chocolate fudge and mini-hershey’s kisses cookies. We will get a picture posted sometime soon.
