Today we all (including Grandma Arlene, who came to town to take Zoey to a puppet show, and ended up staying for a couple extra days) headed over to Redmond to get a “4D” (3D video) ultrasound done of baby Keegan. Baby Pictures is the same outfit who did Zoey’s in-utero movie, but they’ve moved from their house into a space within a fun, swanky baby boutique at Redmond Town Center. The proprietor, Melissa, is very nice. She output a photo CD and a DVD of what the ultrasound machine saw throughout the whole process.
Keegan is one of the most active babies Melissa has had the pleasure to “shoot.” He was constantly moving throughout the 20+ minutes we were watching, save for one relaxing 20-second nap. I recall that during Zoey’s 4D ultrasound, Melissa had to keep jiggling the ultrasound wand to try to get Zoey to move around. No such need with Keegan. The first 60 seconds of the movie features conclusive proof that Keegan is a boy, and he grabs said proof on-camera, just to check it out for himself.
The photo CD of stills from the video has 45 images, and I haven’t had a chance to go through them yet. I’ll get the best ones posted on Flickr or somewhere else very soon.
With no further ado, baby Keegan, this is the Internet. Internet, meet baby Keegan!
And because we can, let’s go ahead and re-post a clip from Zoey’s in-utero video. Er, no need for introductions there…
If these videos don’t work for you in the browser because you’re on AOL dialup (sorry, Mom & Dad!), you can download them to your computer and play them in the Quicktime player. Just point at each of the following links, right-click, and select “Save as…” Keegan’s is here, and Zoey’s is here.

What a handsome little guy! He’s clearly ready to add a little excitement to our lives (and Zoey’s)
