All worries about Chinese New Year interfering with the delivery of the replacement MacBook Pro were needless, it turns out. This morning as Zoey and I were blearily strapping ourselves into Zoey’s minivan to make our way to preschool, I finally noticed the FedEx truck parked fifteen feet away from me in the street. The computer is here, three days earlier than promised!
Of course, it seems to have a power management issue (thinks there is no battery connected, even when running on battery power. We’ll see what they say about that. Sure is purty, though, and fast!
