When you absolutely, positively, have to have it in, oh, five or so days…
I finally got notification that the new laptop has shipped. Via FedEx. FedEx Ground. From Shanghai China. Sigh.
Oh well—at least it’s on the way.

Wow, that’s lame… I hope your little machine left China before they closed up for New Year celebrations.
We had two products shipping from our Chinese printer at virtually the same time. One hit the boat and one didn’t. The one that didn’t will not be going anywhere until everyone goes back to work in two weeks.

That makes this entry under “Details” slightly ominous: “Package received after FedEx cutoff.” They claim it’s supposed to arrive on Monday, though. I sure hope so…
