The other day we got a package from Aunt Bev. In it was a whole bunch of cute clothes for Zoey and a cool little paper Christmas tree that Bev made using glue and her sewing machine. Crafty! I figured Zoey would think it was a jet or something since it’s blue (like Big Blue Jet from the Little Einsteins), but she not only knows it’s a tree, she calls it her Christmas tree. Shows what Daddy knows.
Zoey had to try on each outfit in the box. She would put on one dress for about 3 minutes, and then say, “It’s dirty!” and insist on changing into the next outfit. I of course took pictures. (Click the below photo to see them all on Flickr.)
Grandma Arlene and Grandpa Al stopped by that afternoon on their way to see Al’s granddaughter at Children’s Hospital, where she just underwent open heart surgery. (Word was she was doing fine, for a 2-year old who just had open heart surgery.) It was great to see Grandma Arlene and Grandpa Al, if for a brief period. They brought Zoey more cool stuff, too, so it was a banner day for Zo.
