She figured it out

Zoey has now figured out that she has the power to come out of her room after waking up from naps and in the morning. That now includes going to sleep at night. She came out of her room about 5 times last night. I finally ended up closing her door completely shut (usually we close it most of the way, but not enough to latch).

After watching 45 glorious minutes of Tivo, we thought we should come upstairs and check to make sure she didn’t fall asleep next to the door trying to get out. Once during a nap, we found her curled up in her chair. Last night, we found the door unlatched again, but closed most of the way (like we normally do it) and Zoey asleep in her bed with the covers on.

Oh Boy.
