I haven’t been able to blog much lately because my computer has only got half a brain. It seems that this happened last year, too. It is only acknowledging half its RAM (see Evan for full details), so I can’t have a lot of programs open at one time or it crashes. So, I am (mentally) preparing for it to go back into the shop. It is amazing how much I depend on it every day for communication!

School is starting back up again. I have already been back to Kenmore Jr High where I am coaching the beginners. Actual beginning band and 2nd year band doesn’t start until next week and October. I will be heading out to Eckstein Jr High next week to start teaching private lessons during band. It is always fun to figure out my schedule for the year in a short period of time. I am hoping it will fall together nicely.

Last night we went to our parent orientation meeting for Zoey’s preschool. That was fun. There will be a Halloween Carnival with pony rides and bouncy toys on Saturday, October 14th. It is geared for kids ages 1-8. There will also be a silent auction, too. I will be running it as my position on the board. Lots of cool stuff coming in for auction!

So far Zoey’s class only has 11 kids in it. What a great way to start the year! A nice small class size and lots of creative things to do there! School will be Tuesdays and Fridays. Little Gym will be Mondays. I guess that’s pretty good so far. It all starts next week. YAY!
