It’s Sunday and Miracles Happen

Well, Sears decided that they weren’t coming until Tuesday. My mom yelled at them for a while… and I have let it go. We have more important things to worry about. Although, the weirdest thing happened last night. I heard ice drop into the ice bucket. So, I checked to see if the water was running and it was!!! YAY! I filled up my Nalgene bottle and was happy. Then, a few hours later, it stopped working again. We have a thermometer in there now. The fridge is 60 degrees and the freezer is a nice 50. Tuesday.

Today was spent hanging out mostly. I went out to have a final Brassapalooza meeting before it begins tomorrow. Zoey played with Grandma and then Auntie Bonnie came over for dinner. We feasted on roast chicken and Okonomiyaki (Japanese dinner pancakes) with cabbage and shrimp. It was delicious!

And yesterday evening we were checking out our dwarf peach tree. The peaches were ready! We got about 10 off the tree. Here they are. They were amazing (and all gone).
