We are finally through the inspection! The buyer asked to drop the price by another $3500 to fix the problems found in the inspection and that’s it. So, we took the deal. Now, we are just waiting to close on April 18th. YAY! We are very excited.
We are also looking forward to Grandparents and Aunts coming to town! We have Grandma Evelyn, Grandpa Earl and Aunt Bev coming up from Portland for a quick day trip on Friday and we have Grandma Arlene and Grandpa Al coming down from Lopez Island on Sunday! Zoey will be thrilled to have so many people wanting to play with her!
