Well, the buyer used her inspection contingency as a way to back out of the deal and still keep her earnest money, so our Courtland Place house is for sale once more. I’m going over there today to mow the lawn and vacuum the carpet and make sure things look good. Wish us luck!

That’s no fun! I thought for sure you had it sold.
Our buyers haven’t had even a nibble on their house yet, so we are still waiting… Sure is annoying! (And expensive!)
I’m sure your real buyer will show up soon.
