Evan and I were talking last night about the fact that we are no longer in the flight path for incoming planes into Seatac airport. So, I was thinking, it is also nice that we don’t hear the helicopters that hover over I-5 for the morning traffic reports and the garbage truck that comes every [...]
We are finally through the inspection! The buyer asked to drop the price by another $3500 to fix the problems found in the inspection and that’s it. So, we took the deal. Now, we are just waiting to close on April 18th. YAY! We are very excited.
We are also looking forward to Grandparents and Aunts [...]
Here is our photo of the day for y’all. It is the first in the series. Please click the photo and check out the full dance.

We have an extension on the inspection for the house so the buyer can check out the heat exchanger on her own. We had Puget Sound Energy out there on Friday and he said there was nothing wrong with the furnace. (Phew!). She is also concerned about the low water pressure. Unfortunately, everyone in that [...]

The inspector on our Courtland Place house thinks that the heat exchanger on the [...]
These are our first flowers from our yard this spring. We have tons of bulbs and other wonderful things like blueberries and rhubarb that we know about. I am really looking forward to the roses!
Happy Spring!

We have listed the bonus hot tub that came with our house for sale on craigslist. You know you want one—why not buy ours?
We have finally uploaded Zoey’s birthday pictures to the gallery. Please check them out! Her friends were Bridget, Ila, Ruby, Micah, Aiavel, Prydwyn, Elliot, Keller and cousins Rain and Sage with lots of mommies and daddies and grandmas and grandpas and aunties and teachers Lui and Allison.
Yep–another offer is all counter-offered and signed by all parties, so the waiting game begins. Again. This time our buyer isn’t a first-time homeowner, so she should have some more realistic expectations regarding an almost 60-year-old house.
Our agent spilled the beans about the new steel entry door I bought for the garage but haven’t picked [...]
