Sold! Pending…

…the inspection of our old house on Courtland Place. Please send us good thoughts.

We got the offer Sunday night. It was a VERY low-ball offer. We had just lowered the price Wednesday of last week. We countered with it closer to what we wanted and she accepted pending the inspection. YAY! It is a single woman, who I think is a nurse. Anyway, when all goes as planned it should close on March 16th! It will be nice to only own one house (for the time being anyway. )

Everything else is going pretty well. I am feeling better and better. We are going in for an appointment with Dr. Tracy tomorrow morning and will be doing a blood draw to see how everything’s doing these days.

Zoey is saying lots more stuff! She was looking at the our magnet picture of cousin Lu-Lu the Boston Terrier. She pointed to it and said "Wu-Wu" and then panted like Lu-Lu likes to do. She is also starting to have her little people and animals have conversations. She uses a little high voice for the little animals and girls and then her gruff low voice for the big animals and boys. It is just the cutest thing!
