Thanks to Washington Wind Storm 2006!, Yesterday morning at around 8 o’clock our power went out. The fine folks at Seattle City Light got it back on at around 6:30pm, but our cable TV/phone/Internet was down until some time this morning. For the record, underground utilities are neat and all, but they don’t help much if the wires leading to your neighborhood are strung on poles through a forest. Oh well. We’re quite glad that everything is restored for us.
Oh, also, go Seahawks and stuff. Um, or something.
