The inspection went great! There is a bit of rot on the siding at ground level right next to one garage door, and there are a couple other little things, but the house is in terrific shape for its age, and there is nothing to break the deal. So now I guess we pack and plan and wait.

How Fantastic! and what a wonderful present for the new year. Congratulations on your new house. When does your current house go on the market and what do you think you will ask for it? (If you don’
t mind). I have been thinking about you and your energy work. I would love to have you work on me when it is convenient, however, I was thinking about having you do it here as I find it a little harder to relax in your little house with a few distractions. Ha!Ha! Are you going to have a room for your work in your new house or is that to be at a different location. I am so excited for you, as your family has room to Grow now.
