Part The First
This weekend we took Zoey to Northgate Mall in her doggie costume (it’s basically a coat with a tail and a doggie-faced hood) so she could walk around and look at stuff and tire herself out. While we were there I happened to somehow stroll into Radio Shack, having accidentally looked on radioshack.com earlier that day and discovered they happened to have a cable in stock suitable to connect an Apple AirPort Express to a stereo. Happily, we can now stream music from either of our computers through the wireless network and over the stereo speakers in the living room. The cable will connect an iPod directly to anything with dual RCA jacks, as well, if we find we have such a need, and it came with a handy (or at least black) carrying pouch.

Part The Second
A while back Nicole let me know about Flickr, an online photo sharing service, and I signed up for an account, not really knowing why I would want or need such a thing, but recognizing that it was free. Now I am thinking that Flickr might be a good place for cell phone photos, because they are so much worse quality than the ones taken by Rona’s great 35mm Nikon N70 SLR. The cell phone pix just look out of place on Zoey’s photo gallery next to the nice ones, but the images will be nice to keep somewhere for later.

Part The Third
Speaking of great photos, our new Nikon D70s digital SLR camera with its cool zoom lens is due to arrive in two short days! We’re very excited about that, let me tell you.
