My brother is selling his house in Cordelia/Fairfield (about halfway between Sacramento & San Francisco). He wants you to buy it, since he has already had his offer accepted to purchase a house much closer to his job and his kids’ school. They don’t need two houses, but maybe you need one of theirs.
