Can I just mention again how wonderful that our little 19 month old usually sleeps for at least 12 hours at night - all the way through!?! A year ago, I wouldn’t have thought it was possible. I can get some work done, clean the house, sleep for 8 hours myself, and then wake up on my own. Ahhh, bliss. This morning, she is going on 12.5 hours so far…

Family! We got to see a lot of family this past week! Uncle Larry, Robin, Cousins Jesse, Nick and Duncan came over from Virginia, Grandma Evelyn & Grandpa Earl came up from Portland, and Grandma Arlene came down from Lopez Island! We also saw Grandpa Robert and Grandma Barb at the Brassapalooza concert, Grandpa Lou made a brief appearance last week (week before?) and then we saw Auntie Bonnie yesterday. Wow, it has been really great to see you all!
My detox, day 11 is still going well. Although, I am starting to think about stuff I want to have after it is all over. I am thinking about making a carrot cake from scratch from the Bastyr cookbook I am very excited!
