It truly is the season of miracles… Miss Zoey slept for 10 straight hours last night. 10!!! Ten!!! Diez! I have no idea what we did differently or if we even did. It was so cool! I woke up at the usual times she cries awake (2am, 4am, 5am) and listened and then went back to sleep! It was awesome!
We did have a lot of guests yesterday: Grandma Arlene and Grandpa Al came down from Lopez Island to give Zoey and Murphee lots of treats and toys. (Thank you!!!) Auntie Bonnie came over and hung out. Then after a few hours and lunch, they took off, Zoey napped for 2 hours (another record!). Then, my friend Libbie and her two kids (well, they are 6th and 8th graders now…) came by to play for a little while. Zoey went to sleep at roughly her normal time (about 7:30pm). Maybe we need to have more people over to play with her. Hmmmmmmmm.
So, in other news, we think our water heater has sprung a leak, yeah… it is all wet by the bottom of the tank. We are checking out waterless tanks. Wacky concept, but kinda cool. Anyone had any luck with those?
Well, back to cleaning up the house.
