Zoey is starting to “cruise” as they say, being able to walk while holding onto something. She can take one step and move from Daddy’s leg, who is sitting on the couch, to the couch itself. YAY! Go Zoey!
In sleepy news, she is starting to consistently (well, since two nights ago) get about 6-7 hours of sleep in a row! Then, she wakes up about every two hours after that. But, it is continual progress!!! We are very excited about that!
Grandma Arlene has been here visiting a couple times this week. We have lots of new toys and clothes. Zoey got her first mega lego set with a barn theme, because her favorite book is The Big Red Barn by Margaret Wise Brown (also one of her favorite authors). Thanks Grandma Arlene! We had a really great time!
In other news, they had the grand opening of the Sam’s club that had just gotten remodeled on Aurora. Me and Zo went for the festivities and free samples. Zoey slept through the cheerleading squad yelling all the opening cheers plus all the applause. Amazing. She can sleep through that, yet wake up when there is silence.
