It has been the week of Zoey finding out what her boundaries are and what gravity is… yep. The little squirmer has head bonked the tray for the hi-chair, head bonked daddy’s head, mommy (accidentally!!!) bonked Zoey’s head into the wardrobe while picking her up out of the crib, Zoey rolled into Murphee’s paw and (I think) Murph must have moved and scratched Zoey’s arm (we got to use boo-boo spray from our homeopathic kit!) and last but not least… we had been moving the furniture in our bedroom and the crib doesn’t have that fourth side anymore because we have been putting it up against our bed (with bungee cords). So, we had put her in there (the crib was not next to the bed at the time) and we were watching her while we were trying to sort out what to do next and yeah, in a split second, she rolled off and hit the floor. At least it wasn’t very high off the floor and we have carpet. Evan thought that Zo would have a nice shiner on her eye. But, we put on Arnica — also from our homeopathic kit — and it is like new again! She is just fine this morning!
I also did some cranio work on her head to make sure she was okay, and it was so cool. I began by listening to her body and she grabbed my hand and moved it from the back of her head to her frontal bone (forehead) and then stopped squirming and then sighed. It only took a minute or so and that’s all she needed! She was done. I love alternative medicine! It is still difficult for me to work on her because we are still so symbiotic, but this worked out really well. Thank goodness!
