As you can see, Murphee has a nice little bandage on her paw. The vets chopped off her nail at the break. She has some antibiotics to fight an infection that was setting in in her claw. She’s just taking it easy on the couch (as you can see).
We’re taking it easy today, too, watching Tom Clancy’s NetForce, a made for TV movie starring Scott Bakula. Judge Reinhold plays a thinly-disguised Evil Bill Gates character, who is plotting to “take over the Internet” with his “browser.” It’s fun to watch them mangle common terms and concepts (”did they leave even a trace of cookie when they crashed the Internet?”) and most importantly, it’s vapid enough to have contractions or blog away while half paying attention to it.
